Well here is some interesting news. The internet has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. While this may come as a shock to some, I really can’t think of a better nominee.
If you take the events of the past year, for instance, you will find that the internet has made the world aware in a way that has never been seen before. And, for the first time we might have a means of transferring information that transcends government itself (if you remember the Iranian riots).
My only question is, who would accept the award?
